Each challenge will call on you to do 100, 90, 80, 70 (and so on) quick exercises in the shortest time possible. These challenges will improve your overall fitness, flexibility, cardio and strength.
Choose from a Hard challenge (100 - 10 with a 10 minute finisher), or an Easy challenge (50 - 10 with a 5 minute finisher).
